1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading our Android application from the Google Play Store, creating an account on smartmoneytracker.net, or using any associated REST APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service.
2. Description of Service & Financial Disclaimer
Smart Money Tracker is a personal money management, expense logging, and 50/30/20 budgeting productivity software. Smart Money Tracker is not a chartered bank, investment adviser, or licensed broker. All calculations, ratios, and projections generated by our 50/30/20 Budget Rule Engine are for informational budgeting purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.
3. Free Tier vs. Pro Subscription Terms
Includes core expense logging, multi-currency conversions, and cloud backup supported by non-intrusive mobile advertisements.
Removes 100% of advertisements, unlocks Certified Executive Financial Statements (PDF/Excel), and unlimited Shared Wallets.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as displayed on our Pricing Table. You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

5. User Accounts & Security Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and biometric authentication. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. 6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Android APK or web APIs.
- Use automated bots or scripts to scrape rates or overload server infrastructure.
- Upload malicious payload code through receipt attachment forms.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable commercial jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
